Traditional
Traditional Health Plans have been the most commonly selected plans by employers. These plans can be recognized with the traditional $10-$20 office co-pay. Most plans will have a
deductible ranging from $0 to $500 on limited services. Balanced plans will have a
deductible range of $500 to $1,000 while a Consumer Driver plans will have a deductible over $1000.
Deductible plans are becoming more popular because you pay for what you use and what ever you don’t use you keep in the form of premium payments.
