Disability Insurance
Disability insurance provides the insured with a steady stream of income in the event that the insured becomes disabled and cannot perform one or more duties of their job.
ROP (Return of Premium)
This product also has a set term number of years to pay. This too can be viewed as renting the policy at the end of this contact- Your premium is returned to you (assuming no death benefit has been paid). You may also elect a paid up policy status.
Universal Life
This product also offers ownership in a policy. Unlike whole life, this product does not guarantee cash or death benefits. The policy owner assumes more “risk” and potential “reward” with this policy, based on interest earned.
Term Insurance
Is a low cost product with a set term of years to pay premiums. (Example: 15yrs, 20yrs, 35yrs). View this product as if you rented the policy. At the end of the “term” the contract ends.
People usually buy term insurance to guarntee their mortage gets paid off or to pay for college tuition.
Whole Life
This product offers ownership in a policy. Premiums are higher than “Term” & “R.O.P” Whole Lofe will guarntee the death benefit as well as a cash build up within the policy. A policyholder may recieve dividends (which are not guaranteed). This products premiums are guarnteed level for the life of the contract.
Life Insurance
Life Insurance provides financial protection in the event of a loss of a loved one. The “value” is determined by the persons’ potential saving power.

Group Long Term Care
Premiums for Long Term Care insurance can be paid for by the employer, employee or any combination of the two.

Vision is a very popular benefit these days, with many employers electing to offer it and seeing a high enrollment rate. Many people wear glasses, and are aware that perscriptions do change with time.
Most health plans allow the insured to get their eye exam every year or every two years. However, with the vision plan it enriches the benefit for the insured to recieve lens & frames up to a 50% discount; something a normal health plan doesnt include.

* Negotiate. We assist in all renewal negotiations with the health plan(s).

FSA (Flexible Spending Account)
An FSA is a Flexible Spending Account, a benefit plan that enables you to set aside a portion of your paycheck on a pre-tax basis to pay for out-of-pocket health, dental and vision expenses, prescriptions, and over-the-counter medication.
HRA (Health Reimbursement Account)
An HRA is a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (sometimes called a Health Reimbursement Account), a fund available to you to use in conjunction with your health insurance plan. It can be used to pay certain out-of-pocket expenses such as deductible or co-insurance expenses.

HSA (Health Savings Account)
An HSA is a consumer-owned, tax advantaged savings account, created to pay medical expenses, that is always married with a high deductible health plan. The benefit of an HSA is in the consumer incentive (it’s now their money!) to better plan and use health care resources.
Traditional
